Adding Project Contacts

You can maintain an up-to-date contact list of the companies and contacts associated with the project.

On the Contacts tab, you can:

To add a contact link:

  1. In the Project form, click the Contacts tab > Add Link.
  2. The Contact Search window is displayed. For more information, see "Adding a Contact to a Record".

  3. Select for the contact you want to add, and then select the contact in the Sel column.
  4. The selected contact is added to the distribution list. To delete a contact, select the contact, and then click Delete Link.

  5. Click .
  6. The selected contact is added to the distribution list. To delete a contact, select the contact, and then click Delete Link.

  7. To specify a contact as the main contact for the project, select the Main Contact check box for the contact.
  8. Note: You can only specify only one contact per company to be the main contact for a specific project.

  9. Enter or select the Project Role for the contact.
  10. The project role can be a maximum of 50 characters in length.

  11. To save the changes and keep the form open, click > Save.

    To save the changes and close the form, click > Save and Exit.
